It’s been a couple of months since I posted to this blog because I have been busy designing and building the Words to Sweat By™ website as well as promoting and manufacturing the products. The towels have been receiving great reviews and selling well both in the Etsy store and the storefront on the Words to Sweat By™ site. I feel very fortunate about the progress I’ve been able to make since the products launched.
As with any new business venture, however, there have been several unforeseen hiccups along the way. Looking back, I realize that it would be beneficial to other small businesses to write about many of these events in the hopes that they are able to avoid some of these possible pitfalls.
So where the bulk of my posts over the past year have been focused CPSIA, I will once again be blogging about the ins and outs of owning a small business and the adventures that it brings.
Hopefully, this won’t be an e-ticket ride…
