To ensure that you are pleased with your Whimsical Walney purchase, our company policies are outlined below.

Payment and Shipping Terms

  • Payments can be made through Paypal. For those without a Paypal account, you may still use Paypal to pay with a credit card.
  • Whimsical Walney currently ships only within the continental United States. For information about shipping orders to countries other that the US, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • All orders shipped within California will be charged the appropriate California sales tax.
  • Since many products are made-to-order, items will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
  • If an item is not in stock, we will contact you via email to let you know when you may expect the item(s).
  • All Whimsical Walney packages are sent with delivery confirmation at no additional charge.
  • If your purchase is a gift, please let us know and we’ll include a gift card.

Return Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to make an exchange or give you a refund within 14 days for any product that is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was shipped.
  • Return shipping must be prepaid. Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning an item.
  • Shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. You will also be charged shipping to have the new item sent back to you.
  • Your refund will be processed within two (2) business days of receipt of the returned items.
