To ensure that you are pleased with your Whimsical Walney purchase, our company policies are outlined below.

Payment and Shipping Terms

  • Payments can be made through Paypal. For those without a Paypal account, you may still use Paypal to pay with a credit card.
  • All orders shipped within California will be charged the appropriate California sales tax.
  • Upon receipt of payment, in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
  • If an item is not in stock, we will contact you via email to let you know when you may expect the item(s).
  • All Whimsical Walney packages are sent with delivery confirmation at no additional charge.
  • If your purchase is a gift, please let us know and we’ll include a gift card.

Return Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to make an exchange or give you a refund within 14 days for any product that is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was shipped.
  • Return shipping must be prepaid. Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning an item.
  • Shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. You will also be charged shipping to have the new item sent back to you.
  • Your refund will be processed within two (2) business days of receipt of the returned items.
